上海东站综合交通枢纽和站前开发地区被视为站城空间的核心,是站城融合的主要空间平台。这一区域的建设将显著增强东方枢纽的影响力,成为长三角地区及全球访客对上海的首要印象,进而推动上海迈向全新的高度。设计以上海东站站本体为核心、通过一体化开发的站前建筑群布局设计。将站前建筑的第五立面与站本体完美融合,站本体犹如未来都市的心脏,两侧的站前建筑如同展开的翅膀,形成汇聚世界人才与产业发展的国际城市会客厅。东方门户轴串联东方与未来,展现中正的轴线景观,代表着端庄、礼序的大国形象。城市形象轴则展示了上海这座城市的开放包容与活力。

The Shanghai East Station integrated transportation hub and the development area in front of the station are regarded as the core of the station-city space and the main spatial platform for the integration of the station and the city. The construction of this area will significantly enhance the influence of the Eastern Hub and become the first impression of Shanghai for visitors from the Yangtze River Delta and around the world, thereby pushing Shanghai to a new level. The design is centered on the Shanghai East Station and is based on the layout of the building complex in front of the station through integrated development. The fifth facade of the building in front of the station is perfectly integrated with the station ontology. The station ontology is like the heart of the future city, and the buildings in front of the station on both sides are like wings, forming an international city reception hall that gathers world talents and industrial development. The oriental portal axis connects the East and the future, showing the central axis landscape, representing the image of a dignified and polite great power. The urban image axis shows the openness and vitality of the Shanghai city.

站前建筑群衬托着站本体的形象,形成了整体性极强的东方枢纽城市风貌。无论是中央地块,还是南北两端的办公区域,设计都希望通过这个地块,在人视点的角度,实现大体量站本体到普通城市建筑尺度的自然过渡。设计通过波浪起伏的坡道和平台,将地面一直延伸到屋顶层,形成一个立体的商业公园。这一设计将自然与数字化融合,创造出未来上海的生活方式空间。

The building complex in front of the station sets off the image of the station itself, forming a highly integrated urban style of oriental hub. Whether it is the central plot or the office areas at the north and south ends, the design hopes to achieve a natural transition from the large-scale station to the scale of ordinary urban buildings from the perspective of people through this plot. The design extends the ground to the roof through undulating ramps and platforms, forming a three-dimensional commercial park. This design integrates nature and digitalization to create a future lifestyle space of Shanghai.

天街层作为站前开发的双首层之一,设有强有力的主要动线,串联天街与各地块,并加持PRT系统。此外,设计全面赋能天街,在天街层设置了大量绿意盎然的室内外公共平台,打造WELLNESS第三空间,使其成为东站最亮眼、最具魅力的空中街道,同时为城市活动提供无限可能。

As one of the two first floors developed in front of the station, the skyway has a strong main circulation line that connects the skyway with various plots and supports the PRT system. In addition, the design fully empowers skyway, setting up a large number of green indoor and outdoor public platforms on the skyway floor to create the ‘WELLNESS’ – the third space, making it the most eye-catching and attractive skyway in the East Station, providing unlimited possibilities for urban activities.

站前广场从安全性、实用性和展示性三个角度深入探讨了广场应有的尺度和与周边建筑的关系,旨在突出展示上海东站作为东方门户连接东方与未来的独特形象。

The station square has been designed from the perspectives of safety, practicality and display, with an aim to highlight the unique image of Shanghai East Station as an oriental gateway connecting the East and the future.

景观设计理念围绕“玉兰映潮,光影鎏金”,结合潮水与玉兰花的设计元素,展现城市门户形象、时尚潮流与生态科技,打造生机勃勃、科技前沿、文化丰富的公共空间。

The landscape design combines the design elements of tides and magnolias to showcase the city’s portal image, fashion trends and ecological technology, creating a vibrant, technologically advanced and culturally rich public space.

进站广场通过中轴预留主要通行道路、两侧运用铺装渐变图案与绿化点状隔断的方式,梳理进站客流和商铺客流动线。

The arrival plaza organizes the flow of passengers entering the station and the shops by reserving the main traffic road at the central axis and using gradient paving patterns and green dot partitions on both sides of the axis.

城市中庭人流由西进站口导入,于主动线上整体化设计铺装,不设置过多阻碍,使人流可以快速地进入候车厅。两侧非主动线则添加渐变式铺装。候车区以组合式可移动城市家具围合出特殊休憩区,人流量大时可更换成长条候车座椅,来实现空间利用最大化的效果。在空间得到最大化利用的情况下,通过在柱体底部、送风井周边设置结合座椅的花池的设计,增加座位数量,在提升绿化率的同时增加了更多可休憩空间。

The flow of people in the city atrium is introduced from the west entrance, and the paving is designed as a whole on the main line without too many obstacles, so that people can quickly enter the waiting hall. Gradual paving is added to the non-main lines on both sides. The waiting area is surrounded by a special rest area with modular movable urban furniture. When the flow of people is large, it can be replaced with long waiting seats to maximize the use of space. When the space is maximized, the number of seats is increased by setting flower beds combined with seats at the bottom of the column and around the air supply shaft, which increases the greening rate and adds more rest space.

出站区域通过强化铺装引导以达到快速疏散人流的目的,同时提升出站广场的品质性与序列感。

The exit area is designed to achieve rapid evacuation of people through enhanced paving guidance, while also improving the quality and sense of sequence of the exit plaza.
