方案通过迎合现有城市肌理格局，以南侧住宅和西侧大学人流为主要轴线，组织形成本案用地的主要空间轴线；在概念产业定位基础上，根据主要轴线，将场地内各区域进行划分；将产业逐步导入至各体块，对总图进行量身定制；在区域分割大格局前提下，将内部空间进行组织，打造院落秩序感；串联各区域交通，营造公共空间，提升步行环境；单体体块交错，形成退台、悬挑、中庭等公共交流空间；在下一步产业设计中，将以产业兴城，以学带研、职住平衡的原则进行详细设计。

By catering to the existing urban texture pattern, the proposal organizes the main spatial axis of the site by taking the residential on the south side and the university pedestrian flow on the west side as the main axes; On the basis of the conceptual industrial positioning, the areas within the site are divided according to the main axes; the industries are gradually introduced into each block and the general plan is tailored; On the premise of the general pattern of regional division, the internal space is organized to create a sense of order in the courtyard; the traffic in each area is linked to create public space and enhance the pedestrian environment; the single blocks are interlaced to form public communication spaces such as retreats, overhangs and atriums; In the next step of industrial design, the detailed design will be based on the principles of promoting the city with industry, bringing research with learning, and balancing employment and housing.
